WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Use the form below, or simply email us — either is enough.
How the 14-day right works
- You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods to tell us you are withdrawing. Where an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last item arrives.
- You do not need to give a reason, and you do not have to use this form — any clear statement by email or post is equally valid.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You cover the direct cost of return postage. Please keep the goods in a condition that lets us resell them where possible — you are only liable for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product.
- We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal — to the same payment method, at no fee to you. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show proof of postage.

This page covers the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It is separate from, and additional to, our voluntary returns policy and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Business customers are not covered by this right.
